This article shows how to set up Exim as your mail server on your fedora system. Be aware that the provided configuration is meant to be a "get it running" configuration and you might want to change it depending on your needs.
This article should give a straight introduction into user accounts and how to handle them. If you have followed the previous articles you do have some piece of hardware with a freshly installed Fedora Core 9 (maybe newer) on it. I assume that you already have a basic knowledge of Unix user and group handling. If not you should first read some of the howtos and faq available on the net before continuing.
